0:18:30 threaten threats and and punishment
0:18:32 allah can't forg for forego them because
0:18:34 he's the sovereign there is no power
0:18:36 over him preventing him from that and
0:18:38 doesn't undermine his divine authority
0:18:40 and via rank but but promising something
0:18:43 to give you something or give you a
0:18:44 favor and withholding it is is undivine
0:18:47 and uh
0:18:49 mean and low and allah is above that for
0:18:51 certainty so this is so the word of
